Medfet Videos respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, submit a written notice through our Contact page that includes:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• The direct URL(s) of the material you claim is infringing.
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing your identification, the material removed and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.

Repeat Infringers

Accounts associated with repeated, verified instances of copyright infringement may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.

Third-Party Hosted Content

Much of the video content accessible through the Service is hosted by third-party platforms. Where applicable, we forward valid notices to the relevant platform, which maintains its own DMCA process for content it hosts.
